Richard J. Kilstein

Richard J. Kilstein maintains a diversified law practice and has substantial experience counseling clients with their personal and business matters.  Richard concentrates his practice in real estate, estate planning and commercial and chancery litigation.

Richard is a graduate of Dickinson College (’89) and of the University of Miami School of Law (’92).  He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York and before the Federal Courts.

Richard was raised in Bergen County, New Jersey and resides in New York City with his wife (CherylAnne) and daughter (Ellery).
